Christopher Liccardo is in demand as a clinician throughout the United States. He is the Associate Director of the Lawrence Eisman Center for Preparatory Studies in Music at Queens College in New York City, and is the founder and coordinator of the Suzuki piano program. Mr. Liccardo has also acted as Piano Coordinator for the SAA’s biennial conference and has, on several occasions, taught master classes at the conference. He is a contributor to the book “10 Teachers’ Viewpoints on Suzuki Piano”. In 2009, Mr. Liccardo edited and published two volumes for pianists, entitled “Repertoire for the Intermediate Pianist, Volumes A and B”. Companion CDs are available and feature Mr. Liccardo and his son, Joseph, a concert pianist and national winner of the MTNA High School and Collegiate (Young Artist) competitions.
