The SAA’s Annual Meeting took place on Friday, May 25, at the Nottawasaga Resort. The agenda included the announcement of the results of this spring’s Board election. Carol Ourada from Wheaton, IL, and Ruth Engle Larner, from Ft. Collins, CO, were enthusiastically welcomed to Board positions, effective August 1, 2007.

The Board thanked three outgoing members, each with service of six or more years: Paul Salerni, Chair; Dee Martz, Secretary; and Carrie-Reuning Hummel. They will be greatly missed. Diane Schroeder from Evansville, Indiana, will become Board Chair as of August 1 and Christie Felsing, Secretary. Please see Paul Salerni’s comments in the Chair’s Column of this issue.
