My experience with Suzuki piano began at age four when I began my first lessons. I later went on to earn degrees in Music and Art Education from Northern Illinois University. I am also a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (NCTM) through Music Teachers’ National Association. I have taught in Madison since 2008.

Working together with parents and their children is a special joy and privilege in my life! I bring instruction based on the developmental stage and needs of the student always seeking to integrate expression, physical ease at the instrument, and age-appropriate understanding of the “nuts and bolts” of piano music.
