Welcome to the Lohse Studio of Music.

Our studio provides both private and group lessons for a variety of string instruments and for the piano. The lessons are structured to develop both reading and listening skills. The groups or ensembles are to motivate and develop sight reading skills.

In addition to musical instruction, all of the Suzuki books and supplemental materials are offered. If you are interested in finding the best instrument for you or your child see what we have to offer. It’s the best of both worlds; you can Rent until you Own. The Rent to Own plan works for you.

The teaching philosophy at the Lohse Studio of Music is based on Dr. Suzuki’s Mother Tongue Method; an educational method which strives to create “high ability” and beautiful character in its students through a nurturing environment.
