Mrs. Patricia Schaefer Pavlack

PATRICIA PAVLACK Patricia teaches in her private studio in Green Tree, Pennsylvania and Hope Academy.  She has been a guest clinician training teachers and students all across the United States following her early years of teaching at the Talent Education School of Pittsburgh and Carlow Campus school. She is married with two grown children and three precious grandchildren. She graduated from college with a BM and BME degree and continued training in the Dalcroze Eurhythmics at CMU at the same time being introduced to the Suzuki Method. For the next number of years completed all the book training in this Method primarily with the Japanese instructor Haruka Kataoka (founder of the Suzuki Piano School) and proceeded to get certified as a teacher trainer through the Suzuki Association Of the Americas.  In recent years she has been president of Pittsburgh Piano teaches and is now president of Suzuki Association of Pittsburgh.  She has continued further training with wonderful teaches as Barbara Lister Sink and Sheila Paige specializing in injury proof playing.
