Nicole Rafferty

I have been teaching for over 7 years and enjoy teaching a wide variety of students the subtly of violin technique. I graduated from the University of Denver in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Violin and Psychology. I returned to the Lamont school of Music in 2013 to receive training in the Suzuki pedagogy from Kathleen Spring and graduated with a full certification in books 1-8. The following year I received a certification in the Alexander Technique. Due to my background in Psychology, the Alexander Technique and the Suzuki Pedagogy I am able to bring a wide variety of influences into my teaching. This allows me to customize each students learning experience to their specific needs.
