Mireles Juan Guillermo

Dr. Mireles is a passionate educator and accomplished cellist with over a decade of experience in both teaching and performance. Holding a Doctorate in Musical Arts in Performance and Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he recently obtained his Artist Diploma from the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. He also holds a Master’s in Chamber Music and a Master’s in Performance with a Diploma in Cello Pedagogy from Colorado State University.

With a commitment to fostering musical talent, Juan Guillermo has held teaching positions at various institutions, including the Preparatory Department of North Kentucky University, Southwestern University, and the National Conservatory in Mexico City. His teaching experience spans across all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced students. Dr. Mireles possesses the versatility and expertise to tailor his instruction to meet the unique needs and goals of each student, fostering growth and excellence at every stage of their musical journey.
