Mrs. Luella B. Pinelli

Luella began studying the violin at the tender age of 18 months with Joan Reuning as her teacher. She continued her violin studies with Sanford Reuning at Ithaca Talent Education in Ithaca, NY. Luella went on to major in music education and performance at Ithaca College with Linda Case as her violin professor. After Luella graduated, she spent the next 32 years teaching orchestra and K-2 classroom music at South Huntington Schools. She enjoys spending time with her husband Tony and two sons Nicholas and Michael, playing in string quartets for weddings, teaching violin to young students, riding horses, crocheting, and baking.
