Private piano teacher from my studio near downtown San Diego. and performing pianist of jazz and classical locally in San Diego. I have worked with all age groups, starting from age three.

Studio is equipped with keyboards, pianos, percussion and recording equipment for group learning. All students receive ear training, improvisation practice and theory in addition to repertoire. l

I have seven years elementary classroom experience, using the Orff method in my music classes. I improve my own piano technique with Nina Scolnick of UC Irvine. Her methods reinforce the Suzuki method’s emphasis on unrestricted and supportive body movement in piano playing.

I actively pursue professional development. Most recently, in 2023 I completed training in Book 6 with Fay Adams.
