Dominic Mileti
Viola, Violin Teacher
Dominic Mileti is a skilled musician who has been playing the viola since 2005 and the violin since 2010. With a passion for music since a young age, he attended Interlochen Arts Academy high school, where he received guidance from David Holland and Renee Skerik. After graduating, Dominic pursued further education at Cincinnati Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of Dr. Catherine Lees. During his undergraduate years, he held roles in the conservatory’s Philharmonia Orchestra.
Dominic is also a dedicated educator, having completed Suzuki book one training at the Chicago Suzuki Institute in 2016 and Suzuki book two and three at the American Suzuki Institute in 2023. For over seven years, he has been teaching in the Cincinnati metro area, collaborating with various music studios. Currently, he serves as a Lecturer with the CCM Prep Suzuki program, where he adapts his teaching approach to suit each student’s needs.
In 2020, Dominic achieved his master’s degree in viola performance from CCM, performing regularly with the Philharmonia and participating in chamber groups. His studies were guided by Denisse Rodriguez from the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.
With more than seven years of teaching experience in the Cincinnati area, Dominic instills a love for the arts in his students and equips them with valuable skills for their future endeavors. He remains dedicated to nurturing the next generation of musicians.
