Mr. Anthony Rodriguez

My Background

Anthony C. Rodriguez is a Las Vegas-based cellist and teacher that performs in solo and collaborative projects across the Valley. He has had the privilege to play in various Vegas Strip productions and award shows including The Elvis Experience at Westgate Hotel & Casino, ShowStoppers! at Wynn Las Vegas, and The MTV Video Music Awards. Anthony has also performed alongside Seth MacFarlane and Dwight Yoakam. Anthony is a graduate of the Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts and holds a Bachelor of Music from the UNLV School of Music, where he was a member of the esteemed Liberace Scholars String Quartet.

My Teaching

I foster a deep passion for teaching that has fueled a robust pedagogy acquired from extensive research, travel, and deep introspection into the fundamentals of learning and cello technique. In tandem with the teaching philosophy of Shinichi Suzuki, I believe that talent must be nurtured at every turn with immense patience, love, and optimism.
