Kay Fristoe is the flute and recorder instructor for the Amarillo College Suzuki Staff!
In addition to her flute teaching, Kay has taught Elementary Music, Reading, English and Social Studies in grades 5 through 12, as well as private flute lessons and ensemble classes at New Mexico Military Institute in Roswell New Mexico, Dodge City Community College in Dodge City, Kansas and in the pre-college department of Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas.
In 2021, Kay began the journey to become a registered Suzuki Recorder teacher and looks forward to what lies ahead for this new endeavor.
