Enid Wood teaches violin in Bastrop, TX and is in demand as a writer, lecturer, and workshop teacher. Enid started piano lessons from age 5, and violin from age 9. She earned a BA in Music and Elementary Education at Westminster College in Salt Lake City and an MA in Music Education at San Francisco State University along with a second masters degree in an interdisciplinary arts degree program at Yale. She taught violin in New Haven, London, St. Albans, and Pittsburgh before moving to central Texas. While in England she was Editor of the British Suzuki Journal, Ability Development.
