Gabriela Abdalla is music educator and proponent of Orff Schulwerk (music and movement). Vice President and founding member of ABRAORFF—Brazil Orff Association. Works with children and on teacher training courses. She develops art education curriculum and projects for schools, including a support to Unesco. She also develops training courses for actors who needs background on musicianship.

Renata Pereira

Renata Pereira starts to play recorder as a child, and teenager decided to be a professional recorder player. Her Recorder Bachelor’s degree (2004) was held in EMBAP—Paraná/Brasil. Her master and doctoral’s researches were held at University of São Paulo (2009, 2014) both with FAPESP’s scholarships. In 2003 she participated in Suzuki training courses with Katherine White at Suzuki Recorder Institute San Mateo/USA, and in 2012, she was a Recorder Clinician at Suzuki Conference in Minneapolis/USA. Since 2006 she is recorder player and founding member of Quinta Essentia recorder quartet with whom released three albums: La Marca (2008), Falando Brasileiro (2014) and the Art of fugue (2017) spreading the Brazilian recorder practice touring to Europe (2009, 2010, 2014, 2016) , China (2010, 2019), Namibia (2012), Bolivia (2014), USA (2016, 2018) and Australia (2017). Renata is a SAA Recorder teacher trainer since 2014 and ESA teacher trainer since 2018.
