Robert Klein Reinsager, age 59, passed away unexpectedly of a cardiac arrest on January 25, 2010, at his home in Muscatine, Iowa. A private memorial service was held on February 7 at the Muscatine Presbyterian Church. Robert was an organist, an opera buff and a world traveler, who enjoyed visiting cathedrals and churches to hear live organ music.

Robert is especially remembered by Suzuki teachers for his ten years’ service to the SAA. In 1981, he succeeded Glenn Pannell in the position of Executive Secretary and Carey Beth Hockett, as Journal Editor. With this personnel change, the SAA Office moved to Muscatine, where it remained for the next 10 years, until moving to Boulder, CO, in 1991.

Robert treasured his relationships with his Suzuki friends.
