Heather Figi began playing the violin at the age of 4 in a Suzuki Violin program and now has over 20 years of experience teaching the violin. In addition to teaching she has also been active in the world of music as a performer, composer and writer.
Her newest project is Music for Young Violinists (www.MusicforYoungViolinists.com) which is a multi-media online resource created for violin teachers and parents of young violinists to help bring out the best in their young musicians. Music for Young Violinists offers free materials (music, etudes and more), innovative and affordable teaching collections, multi-level music, videos, blog and more.
