The twelve Latin American teacher trainers have formed a committee to work together and in close coordination with the SAA office. Since May 2020 we have had regular meetings in order to prepare and present the SOS (Suzuki Online Seminars) and then the Teacher Training Courses. In recent years, the growing enthusiasm and interest for the Suzuki Method approach in different countries from Mexico to Patagonia, poses the challenge of being able to offer courses for teachers while maintaining high standards for the good of all children and their families. In a recent meeting, we evaluated the impact of the excellent reception that the online courses had in these months of 2020, evaluating the advantages, as well as thinking about what we could improve for the future if we continue with this online format.

That is why we have formed this amazing team. Some of its objectives:

  • Facilitate communication between countries and teachers in Latin America
  • Promote teacher training
  • Help, support, answer questions
  • Inform the SAA office, make specific recommendations and suggestions according to the very diverse realities in our countries, publicize news or decisions.
