Paul Salerni
Paul Salerni is a widely-performed composer and the NEH Distinguished Chair in the Humanities at Lehigh University. “Tony Caruso’s Final Broadcast,” Paul’s recent one-act opera was the winner of the National Opera Association’s Chamber Opera competition and had its fully-staged premiere last January in Los Angeles. Paul sat on the SAA Board of Directors for seven years, serving as its Chair from 2005 through 2007. Paul and both his sons were Suzuki students of Linda Fiore’s and son Domenic is about to graduate from CIM where he studies with Bill Preucil, Jr.
