Jennifer Diedrich
Jennifer Diedrich grew up in DeKalb, Illinois and was a student of Arthur Montzka. While pursuing a degree in Human Development at the University of Nebraska, Jennifer continued to study piano and played violin. She was a Division One scholarship athlete and tennis teaching professional, as well. Her studio, Suzuki Strings of St. Petersburg, served hundreds of families in Tampa Bay from 2002- 2020. From 2012 to 2019, Parents, Community leaders and Jennifer hosted the Florida Music Institute, a week long, international parent/teacher/student music intensive. Jennifer currently works full time as a Family Support Specialist for Healthy Families Florida, State of Florida Department of Health. This home visiting position is part of a child abuse prevention program and offers an evidence-based curriculum. While teaching parent education , healthy families fosters vibrant child development, strengthens family bonds, and enriches communities.
