Alicia Randisi-Hooker

Alicia Randisi-Hooker completed long term Suzuki training and registered in SAA approved ECM, SPA, ECC, Practicum, and Group Class Techniques. She served as ensembles coordinator at the 2004 SAA conference, and as president of the Greater Knoxville Suzuki String Association, now the Knoxville Area Suzuki Cooperative. Alicia enjoys a rich variety of ages and stages in her home based studio and has taught at SAA Institutes and workshops around the US. She is a faculty member at the annual Tennessee Cello Workshop. Prior to moving to Tennessee, she taught in Dallas,Texas and was the Artistic Director of the Academy of Children’s Music in Philadelphia. She performs with the Knoxville and Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestras, and the piano trio Trillium, ensemble in residence at Maryville College in performance Salisbury University and Jamestown University.
