Downtown Minneapolis

I managed to catch this shot of downtown when flying out of the city. Maybe others would like to see it. The convention centre and the Hilton hotel are both noticeable.

Tim Eckert has taken Suzuki teacher training courses at institutes in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, California, and Colorado. He has also been teaching piano group classes at Suzuki Charter School in Edmonton since 1997 (see suzukischool.ca); this is a public elementary and junior high school where all 400+ students are learning a Suzuki instrument (piano, trumpet, bass, viola, cello, violin, flute, recorder, and guitar) and where students all receive extra group classes during their school day. In 2013 he became Artistic Director at Suzuki Charter School. He has an ARCT in Piano Performance, and a Bachelor of Arts. Tim also teaches with the Edmonton Suzuki Piano School. The ESPS runs a regular workshop every fall, group classes, and other events (see edmontonsuzukipiano.ca).
