Detroit Youth Volume Violin Art Auction PerformanceDetroit Youth Volume raised money for scholarships by auctioning beyond-repair instruments made into home decor by local artists! Students performed Suzuki pieces amid the display of violin art. The auction raised $3,500 from the sale of 21 art pieces! Photo by Barbara Barefield. Detroit Public Library PerformanceDetroit Youth Volume’s final show was held in the Children’s Library of the Detroit Public Library Main Branch located in the city’s arts district.
