 Suzuki Student ReceivesFirst Place in International Recorder Competition!Brazilian Suzuki student, Julia Abdalla, and her father Thiago Abdalla received first place in the international competition “Open Recorder Days Amsterdam.” This enchanting video (though not her most recent) displays her ensemble skills with her father as well as her expressive musicality.
Suzuki Association of Utah in USA Today!Sara Penny organized an event for the Suzuki Association of Utah in Cedar City, Utah, and invited the virtuoso violin professor Brian Lewis from the University of Austin, Texas, to serve as a guest clinician.
